ARKADIA, Psophis. Circa 490-460 BC. AR Obol (0.76 g, 11h). Forepart of the Keryneian Hind right / Fish right; archaic Ψ above, acorn below; all transversely within incuse square with rayed sides. BCD Peloponnesos 1668 var. (same obv. die, but with acorn and archaic ΨO); SNG Copenhagen -; BMC -; Traité -; Pozzi -; Weber -; McClean -. VF, toned, porous. This variety unpublished in the standard references. Extremely rare.
