THESSALY, Pharsalos. Late 5th-mid 4th century BC. AR Drachm (5.67 g, 5h). Helmeted head of Athena right; TH and Δ behind neck guard / Warrior on horseback right, wearing petasos, holding mace overhead. Lavva 138 (V65/R78); SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Ashmolean 3922 (same dies); McClean 4682 (same dies). Good VF, light porosity, die shift on reverse. Rare transitional issue.
