Alexandreia mint. Struck circa 306-300 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, wearing elephant skin, aegis around neck with tiny Δ in scales / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟY, Athena Alkidemos advancing right; to right, HP monogram, Corinthian helmet right, and eagle standing right on thunderbolt. CPE 65; Svoronos 170; Zervos Issue 25, dies 399/a (this coin referenced); SNG Copenhagen 27; Boston MFA 2257 = Warren 1319; Noeske 5. Toned, tiny delamination on obverse, banker’s mark and light graffito on reverse. Good VF.
