Struck 1086-1089. + PILLELM REX, crowned bust right, holding sword / + EDPI ON LVNDNEN, cross pattée, with annulet at center; all over cross fleurée in saltire. SCBI –; BMC 32; North 851; SCBC 1258. Beautifully toned, reverse struck slightly off center. Near EF. An attractive portrait coin. Very rare.
