Armored bust right, wearing embroidered cap; four coats-of-arms in legends / Nimbate eagle facing with wings spread, head left. Keilitz 70.2; Schnee 37; Merseburger 417; Davenport 9699. Richly toned, slight double strike in legends and minor marks in obverse fields. Near EF. A magnificent, high-relief portrait coin of the German Renaissance.
