Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ Sestertius (33mm, 26.82 g, 6h). “Travel series” issue. Rome mint. Struck circa AD 130-133. Laureate head right / BRITANNIA, S C in exergue, Britannia seated slightly left on rocks, drawing hood of her birrus Britanicus and holding spear over her knee; her right foot set on rocks; to right, a large shield with spike at center rests against her. RIC II.3 1631; Banti 115; SCBC 637. Brown patina, roughness at the periphery. Near VF. Very rare, only four known to Banti, three in CoinArchives.
