Laureate head right / Pax standing left, holding caduceus; to right, serpent arising from cista mystica; all within laurel wreath. Sutherland Group I, 34 var. (O –/R34 [unlisted obv. die]); RPC I 2203 (Cistophoric mint); RSC 218. Lightly toned with hints of iridescence, minor porosity and cleaning marks. Good VF.
