Laureate and draped bust right / RESTITVTORI PHRYGIAE, S C in exergue, Hadrian standing left, holding volumen and raising kneeling Phrygia, wearing Phrygian cap and holding pedum. RIC II.3 1891; Banti 682. Dark brown patina, smoothing in fields, pitting. VF. Very rare.
