KINGS of PAEONIA. Patraos. Circa 335-315 BC. AR Tetradrachm (23.5mm, 12.91 g, 6h). Astibos or Damastion mint. Laureate head of Apollo right / Warrior on horse rearing right, thrusting spear at enemy lying below who defends with shield; kantharos to lower left. Paeonian Hoard 191–4 (same dies); Peykov E2170; HGC 3, 148 corr. (some with symbols). Lightly toned, slightly irregular flan. Good VF.
