CILICIA, Tarsus. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ (33mm, 20.15 g, 6h). Bust right, wearing crown and garments of the demiurgus, seen from the front / River-god Cydnus reclining right, holding reed and globe, resting on urn from which water flows; on right, Caracalla, laureate and togate, stands left, reaching hand towards Cydnus. SNG BN –; SNG Levante 1063 (this coin). Olive green patina with light earthen highlights, small edge flaw. Near VF. Extremely rare, presently unique.
