Laureate heroic bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / Hygieia standing right, feeding serpent from patera over altar and Asclepius standing left, leaning on serpent-entwined staff, Telesphorus stands behind altar; garlanded tetrastyle temple in background, pediment decorated with coiled serpent.
