Green glass oinochoe. Roman. 2nd-3rd centuries CE. (14.5 cm) An oinochoe of significant presence, the body is a smooth tear drop shaped vessel with dimpled bottom. The neck is short, decorated with a simple rounded ribbon. The lip is flared and folded very finely. Attached to the lip down to the base of the neck, a single handle is stretched.
