Pearl-diademed, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield / Valentinian standing facing on galley left, head right, raising hand; to lower right, Victory seated facing, head turned upwards to left, holding oar; (wreath)|(cross)//ANTЄ. RIC IX 40b.3; LRBC 2719. Brown-green patina, a couple minor obverse die breaks. Good VF.
