During every year between AH 491-496, three different types of dinar were struck at Baghdad: one purely ‘Abbasid, another citing the caliph with the Great Seljuq ruler Barkiyaruq, and the third citing the caliph with the Barkiyaruq’s Great Seljuq rival Muhammad.
