ANTINOWI HRWI, bare head left / TIANOI, Antinous, half-draped, seated right on low garlanded platform, holding sistrum in upraised hand. The object held by Antinous on the reverse is variously described as a caduceus, aplustre, or a pedum. Keeping in mind the close connection of the worship of Antinous with Egyptian cult practices, a more likely identification would be a sistrum.
