PONTUS, Neocaesarea. Valerian I. 253-260 AD. Æ 30mm (11.38 gm). Dated year 192 (255/6 AD). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Prize crown inscribed AKTIOC set on low platform, inscription on platform; date in exergue. Cf. Waddington, RG pg. 95, 67. Good VF, dark green patina, light doubling on obverse, corrosion spot on reverse. ($200)

The inscription on the platform is unclear; there is no parallel for it on any other published Neocaesarea coin.
