CELTIC, Middle Danube. Uncertain tribe. Late 4th-early 3rd centuries AD. AR Tetradrachm (12.66 g, 3h). Imitating Patraos of Paeonia. Celticized head of Apollo right, with short hair / Horseman left, holding spear, riding down enemy below, who holds shield; degraded legend. Apparently unpublished. VF, lightly toned, die break on obverse. Extremely rare with obverse type right, reverse left.
